Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop online and add any bouquets or gifts you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click the ‘Checkout’ button and you will be asked for the details needed to complete your order.
We accept debit and credit card payments. If you are ordering from outside the UK, your card provider will convert the transaction into your own local currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay Klarna & PayPal. You may also order and pay by telephone. Orders cancelled online or by phone are subject to a cancellation fee.
Order confirmation indicates that we have received your order; it does not indicate a contract. A contract exists when your payment is processed. This protects us in cases where a pricing error occurs, goods are under-priced, or a product becomes unavailable. We will always contact you if a price change affects your order.
Delivery Schedule Orders received before 12pm Monday–Saturday will be delivered the same day if required. Orders placed for a specific date will be delivered on that day (subject to same-day cut-off). Orders placed on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. Online deliveries are UK only; please telephone if you wish to send flowers overseas.
No timed deliveries are available, except for funeral tributes and weddings. Please telephone if you have an emergency order.
If specific flowers are required, please contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not home, the flowers/plant are returned to the shop and a card is left to notify them. If a neighbour is available, we may leave the delivery with them if they agree. If the recipient is unable to collect, a new delivery date will be arranged at our earliest convenience. Mitcham & Croydon Flower House is not responsible for theft or damage of items left outside. We always take care to ensure freshness and quality.
Prices include 20% VAT. Credit card details entered on our website are 256-bit encrypted and never held in clear text.

Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of our products, any complaint should be made within 1 working day of delivery. We always aim to resolve issues by offering either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
